Kiara Karitas Montessori School

Now enrolling for the 2023/2024 school year.

Our school was founded as Edu-Play Montessori in 1999 and it became Sekolah Montessori Kiara Karitas in 2005. All of the classroom environments are designed to be conducive to the Montessori philosophy and are equipped with a full complement of Montessori materials. We are committed to a school which is small enough to maintain a feeling of family. Thus we can maintain individual attention and foster the development of each child in our care.

Families are the first educators of their children and they continue to influence their children’s learning and development during the school years and long afterwards. 

Schools have an important responsibility in helping to nurture and teach future generations and families trust schools to provide educational foundations for their children’s future. At the same time, schools need to recognize the primary role of the family in education. This is why it is important for families and schools to work together in partnership.

For true partnership, parents and teachers must develop opportunities for two-way communication, through which learning is the key goal. Both must take responsibility to develop positive outcomes for children. Successful parent involvement means mutual participation by families and teachers.
